2026 Pool Season Information

Dear Homeowners:
Please see below for 2026 pool season information.
Pool Schedule: The pool is open from Saturday, May 23, 2026, through Monday, September 7, 2026, on the following days:- May 23-24- May 30-31- June 1-30- July 1-31- August 1-9, 15-16, 22-23, 29-30- September 5-7
Pool Hours (Weather Permitting):- Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.- Sunday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.- Tuesday-Friday 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.- Closed for cleaning every Monday.- The pool must be closed if there is thunder and/or lightning within the vicinity.
If a national holiday falls on Monday, the pool will be closed for cleaning the following Tuesday. Your pool access device will not grant you access outside of the above-mentioned times.
Gaining Access to Association Amenities: The Board of Directors allows each homeowner within the Association to purchase 2026 pool tags. Pool tags can be purchased online at https://swimmingpoolpasses.net/cypressdale/

Use Requirements: The following criteria must be met to use the pool:- Must be current on all assessments with a zero balance before issuance/activation of a pool card.- Guests may purchase a day pool pass at the gate- Must be a resident/member and/or guest of a resident/member.- Non-paid resident of the association may not be considered a guest.- All members and guests are expected to abide by the pool rules, and failure to do so will result in a suspension of access for the remainder of the pool season or an amount determined by the board.
Pool Parties/Reservations: The pool cannot be reserved. Lifeguards are not provided or arranged by the Association. Per guest policy, members must purchase guest passes separately from homeowner passes. Members must assume full responsibility for their children and guests.
