🗳️ Annual Meeting & Board Member Election

The upcoming Annual Meeting will take place for the following purposes:

1. To elect two (2) Board Members
2. To conduct any other properly presented business

Homeowners in attendance will elect two new members to the Board of Directors. All owners are invited and encouraged to participate by submitting a Board Member Candidate Profile.

• Maintenance of common areas & landscaping
• Budgeting for current and future expenses
• Communicating with homeowners
• Managing and collecting assessments
• Upholding community standards and CC&Rs

Serving on the Board is a rewarding way to get involved and help guide these efforts.

📋 Board Member Qualifications

To serve as a Board Member, candidates should be able to:

• Demonstrate a genuine interest in serving the community
• Uphold the Association’s Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs)
• Communicate effectively and make informed decisions
• Attend regularly scheduled Board meetings
• Dedicate additional time for committee involvement as needed
• Be a confirmed property owner (or otherwise qualify under the Association’s governing documents)

To submit your Board Member Candidate Profile:

1. Log into spectrumam.com
2. Or open the SpectrumAM mobile app
3. Navigate to the “Board Member Candidate Profile Form” tab
4. Complete and submit the form
